Returns & Refunds Policy

At ReesJewels, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To initiate a return, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or other documentation).
  • Clear images of the item(s) along with a detailed description of the issue.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Important Notes

  • Order Mistakes: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please review your order confirmation email carefully and notify us immediately if changes are required. If the order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made.
  • Order Cancellations: Once a package is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
  • Change of Mind: Returns or refunds will not be accepted for customers who no longer want the item after receiving it. If there is an issue with the item(s), please reach out to us for assistance.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-8 business days depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

For PayPal payments, approved refunds will be processed immediately.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please email contact@reesjewels.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
